Susan Shinbori, Senior Consultant and Account Manager, has been with Triumph Consulting for over three years. She recently accepted a position with Advanced Accounting and will be focusing on client development, recruiting and staffing services. In addition, Sue lends her talents to the retained and contingent search processes. She has over 20 years experience with customer service, facility management, sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections. Prior to joining Triumph Consulting, she worked for Xerox Connect for twelve years and held various management positions. Sue has also attained an Iowa Real Estate License.

Michelle McKinnon, Senior Consultant and Account Manager, has over fifteen years experience in human resources with an emphasis in compensation and benefits analyses, recruiting and staffing. She has been with Triumph Consulting for over ten years and recently joined the Advanced Accounting team. In addition she holds the positions as Finance Treasurer at her Church, and on several local boards. Michelle has studied overseas in Australia and France and has her Bachelors’ degrees in Business and French from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois. Michelle has also attained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Kelly Amhof, Account Manager, is a human resource professional with more than six years experience in employee relations, compensation, training, staffing and employee communications. Prior to working at Advanced Accounting, she worked at Interstate Brands Corporation/Wonder Bread in Davenport as a Human Resource Associate. Kelly has been a member of various Chamber’s surrounding the QC area and is an active member of the Make-A-Wish foundation. Kelly currently is obtaining her Masters Degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Ashford University, Clinton, Iowa.
