Triumph Consulting through its Staffing divisions, Advanced Accounting Personnel and Triumph Staffing Solutions, are a locally owned company dedicated to providing professional employment services for Accounting, Banking, Financial, Clerical, Legal, Information Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing positions. We will identify qualified individuals to fulfill your organization's temporary or direct staffing requirements. Advanced Accounting Personnel and Triumph Staffing Solutions are licensed by the Iowa Department of Employment Services, are a member of the Iowa Association of Personnel Services, and the National Association of Personnel Services.
Temporary Staffing We will locate individuals who have the qualifications that you require, hire them onto our staff and assign them to your company. We will become the employer of record and be responsible for all of the employer related costs. Our services save you time and money by eliminating the following: Relocation Fees, Recruiting Costs, Payroll Costs and Taxes, Fringe Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Termination Expenses. Advanced Accounting Personnel and Triumph Staffing Solutions employees can be utilized to supplement your staff when you have: Special Projects, Work Backlogs and Overloads, Vacationing, or Sick Employees.
Direct Placement Advanced Accounting Personnel and Triumph Staffing Solutions are licensed employment agencies that can place qualified candidates directly onto your staff for a fee. Fees are calculated by using a percentage of the individual's first year of compensation. All direct placements will be guaranteed for up to 100 days.
Temporary to Hire Our assigned employees can be hired direct by your company with no fee after five hundred (500) billable straight time hours. Prior to completion of 500 billable straight time hours, the employee may still be hired on directly for a prorated fee. This program is ideal for potential employees to "test drive" the situation.
Payroll Services Our payroll services can be used in conjunction with your own recruiting. Often you identify and want to hire new employees on a "trial basis". Advanced Accounting and Triumph Staffing Solutions will hire and assign any employee that you refer and allow you to give them an indefinite trial period. There is no fee to move a payroll employee from our staff to yours. This is also an excellent program to use for interns, co-op students, laid off employees, retirees, and independent contractors.
Special Placement Services We
also offer full services if you want to participate in offering
internships, or even if you want to staff with independent contractors,
co-op students, laid-off employees or retirees. You simply make the
decision of who is hired and for what duration.
Fee Structure We are a
contingent based staffing firm, which means that you have no financial
obligation to us unless you hire a candidate we have provided to you.
Our fees are based on industry and market averages and generally are
approximately 1% per thousand dollars of the first year's salary for
permanent positions to a maximum of 30%. Billing rates for temporary
assignments are dictated by current market conditions. We do not
charge fees to our applicants.
Our fee is due from you within 10 days of the starting date of our applicant for permanent assignments. We bill weekly for temporary assignments. Once we have received your work order, a representative will contact you to make a personal introduction and update you on our candidate search. We will then provide you with resume of candidates that meet your requirements. We coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks and provide testing based on your needs.
