Advanced Accounting Personnel, Inc. (AAP) is a Quad Cities based Iowa corporation, dedicated to providing employment services to the Accounting and Financial industries. We identify opportunities in our client companies, which can be temporary or direct positions, and staff them.
DIRECT PLACEMENT- Advanced Accounting Personnel, Inc. is a licensed employment agency that can place you directly onto the staff of one of our client companies. There is never a fee charged to you. Our fees are paid by the Employer.
TEMPORARY STAFFING- We hire individuals onto our staff and assign them to our client companies We will become your employer of record and be responsible for all pay and benefits. We offer six (6) paid holidays a year: New Year's Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
TEMPORARY TO DIRECT- Often our employees are hired direct by the client company that they are assigned to. This program benefits both the employee and the client company. Each is given the opportunity to "test drive" the other. If both parties are satisfied with the situation and want the arrangement to continue, you will be moved from our staff to theirs. There is never a fee charged to the individual for our services.
